Job Summary
Physician in a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Med-Peds practice with full-time employment within Ascension’s nonprofit health system. Provide comprehensive, longitudinal care to a diverse patient panel in a busy clinic setting, with light inpatient rounding and opportunities to perform in-office procedures (e.g., punch biopsies, lesion removal) and mentor medical students and residents. Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes with a manageable daily patient load (~20 patients/day) and collaborate across a robust network to support community health. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
