Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family medicine care for patients across Denver and Boulder metro areas, utilizing Epic-based electronic medical records and state-of-the-art facilities. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered medicine within a collaborative environment featuring 11 board-certified colleagues and 1:1 staffing support. Manage pharmacy and lab services while integrating behavioral health resources to address community healthcare disparities. Provide culturally responsive care in an inclusive, fee-for-service-free culture focused on improving member health.
Required Qualifications
- board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious, exemption by September 17, 2021
- provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment
