Job Summary
Conduct primary care patient visits across Family Medicine and Internal Medicine departments within the Denver/Boulder area on a part-time float pool schedule of three days per week. Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in an integrated partnership with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado, utilizing Epic-based electronic medical records. Practice in a collaborative environment free from fee-for-service pressures, supported by professional staff in business operations, scheduling, and analytics. Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination status or a qualified exemption prior to employment start.
Required Qualifications
- board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious, exemption
- provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment
