Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician provides medical and basic surgical care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to coordinate optimal care and treatment plans, and includes outpatient or a combination of inpatient/outpatient work. Responsibilities involve patient follow-up, engaging in clinic call rotation, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and documentation in EHR systems. A focus on evidence-based practices and leadership within care teams is essential. Candidates need to complete annual CME requirements and maintain current medical licenses and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as MD / DO
- Board certified or eligible in Physician’s chosen specialty
- Unrestricted Federal DEA number
- Unrestricted ability to participate in Medicare / Medicaid
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification required
