Job Summary
Provide acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare to patients across the Fargo-Moorhead region, leading a collaborative care team including MDs, NPs, PAs, and ancillary staff. Manage a schedule of 36 patient contact hours weekly, averaging 18-20 patients per day, with access to numerous medical and surgical specialties within the Essentia Health network. Utilize Essentia Care Processes to improve overall community health while adhering to a rotating after-hours call schedule and day/eve shifts.
