PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (OB Optional) - Jamestown, ND

Full-time Family Medicine physician with OB optional at Essentia Health in Jamestown, ND. 1.0 FTE (32-34 patient contact hours), Monday-Friday 8a-5p, in a collaborative care team with 1 Pediatrician, 3 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians, 1 Internal Medicine Physician, 1 General Surgeon and more. OB services with or without C-section privileges (training for C-sections provided). Outpatient 16-20 patients/day; inpatient 5-10 patients/day. Call coverage 1:13; one week inpatient service at a time rotated among community physicians. Onsite services include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Path/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, Tobacco Cessation; Outreach includes ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, Weight Loss (non-surgical). Leadership role in the Care Team, utilizing Essentia Care Processes to ensure patient and family-centered care and continuity of care. BC/BE in Family Medicine required.
