Job Summary
Provide acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare to patients across the Fargo-Moorhead region, leading a collaborative care team of MDs, NPs, PAs, and ancillary staff. Manage a schedule of 36 patient contact hours weekly, seeing an average of 18-20 patients daily, with rotating day/eve shifts starting at 0800 and ending at 1700. Fulfill rotating after-hours call obligations while utilizing Essentia Care Processes to improve overall community health. Access numerous medical/surgical specialties locally within the Essentia Health network.
