Job Summary
Family Medicine physician sought for Ludington Primary Care in Ludington, MI, within Trinity Health Medical Group. The role involves providing direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, collaborating with a care team of two physicians and three APPs, teaching residents and medical students, documenting in Epic EMR, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and engaging in community health efforts. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with in-office practice 4 to 4.5 days per week. On-site access to imaging, lab, rehabilitation, and urgent care within the same building. Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan medical license
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible and will become board-certified within five years following the Start Date
