Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for 36 patient contact hours weekly, averaging 16-18 daily visits, within a highly engaged team of two MDs and five advanced practice practitioners. Manage care across Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics while utilizing on-site resources including an ambulatory surgery center, optometry, chiropractic, behavioral health, and general surgery. Pursue leadership or Medical Director opportunities and leverage additional outreach initiatives to support local sports teams and community engagement.
