Job Summary
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals within a clinic-based environment supported by nurse and certified medical assistant staff. Utilize the EPIC electronic health system and standard primary care equipment with onsite lab services. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with a call rotation of one week on call every six weeks. Join a team of five Family Medicine Physicians at Northwestern Medicine in Huntley, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock
