Job Summary
Provide Family Medicine care across Hermantown, Lakeside, Lakewalk, Proctor, West Duluth, and Moose Lake sites as needed. Work within a team-centered culture supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, and Behavioral Health Specialists. Utilize EPIC and DAX AI for documentation. Maintain Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5 PM clinic hours with no call obligations. Earn $170/hr or the current Casual Rate, whichever is greater, with eligibility for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
