Job Summary
Provide primary care to patients in a new multispecialty clinic space in Baxter, MN, utilizing the EPIC medical records system. Manage outpatient visits with a schedule of 32 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE, supported by a dedicated call team for after-hours coverage. Collaborate within a team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver quality, hospital-based care in a lakes community of 65,000 residents. Maintain board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine while contributing to a practice built on values of quality, hospitality, and stewardship.
