Physician/Faculty Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physician and faculty positions at the University, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, developing targeted recruitment strategies, leading search committees, managing candidate communications, coordinating interview logistics and travel, and ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout the process.
