Physician - Exempt

Provide full scope of primary care services for NSHC patients across ages under Family Medicine credentialing. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care; prescribing medications in accordance with Indiana guidelines; performing minor surgical procedures; arranging referrals for services not offered onsite; counseling patients on treatment plans; collaborating with the Patient Care Team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care; participating in peer reviews, quality assurance, and clinical meetings; complying with infection control and UD S protocols; and contributing to protocol updates and practice principles. Strong clinical competency, interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office software are required.
