Physician Exciting New Primary Care Opportunity | Conroe, TX

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients with acute illness visits, chronic disease management, and well-child/woman exams. Manage general and sports physicals while utilizing Epic EMR within a team-based model supported by medical assistants and front desk staff. Schedule 15/30/45-minute appointments during M–F hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a phone-only call rotation averaging 2–4 calls weekly. Join a physician-led practice serving the North Houston and Conroe communities as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider.
