Physician Exciting New Primary Care Opportunity | Conroe, TX

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in the North Houston and Conroe communities, managing acute illness visits, chronic disease conditions, and well-child/well-woman exams. Provide general and sports physicals within a team-based model supported by medical assistants and dedicated front desk staff. Deliver care using Epic EMR with flexible appointment slots of 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Work a standard schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a reasonable phone-only call rotation averaging 2–4 calls per week.
