Job Summary
Fellowship-trained Cardiovascular Electrophysiology physician sought to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care including testing, diagnosing, and treating abnormal heart rhythms. Must be skilled in Watchman procedures, ablations, and device implants, with an experienced support team. Role includes EP-specific growth opportunities and a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities; EMR EPIC/MyChart for telemedicine as appropriate; 8:00–4:30 schedule with call coverage and a high patient volume. Practice locations include Maryview Medical Center (Portsmouth, VA) and Bon Secours Cardiology (Norfolk, VA).
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed a U.S.-Based Residency Program
- Fellowship Trained in Cardiology-Electrophysiology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABMS/ABIM
- Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.
- Current Virginia license or eligible for Virginia licensure
- 3 to 5 years of EP Cardiology practice experience required
