Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, consult, treat, and manage diseases associated with internal glandular secretions or hormones. Conduct office hours and limited hospital consultations. Participate in a call rotation for evenings and weekends covering office patients, shared among two providers. Requires a valid Wisconsin medical license, board eligibility or certification, and completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship. Patients are receptive and compliant with updated facilities and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in the specialty-specific Board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Internal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Fellowship in Endocrinology
