Job Summary

Diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders using state-of-the-art technology, including performing complex catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extraction. Deliver high-impact, patient-centered care to a diverse Veteran population with complex arrhythmias while expanding skills through cardiac imaging, ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, CT, and MRI interpretation. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as part of a University of Arizona faculty appointment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified US citizens are unavailable)
  • MD/DO degree with completion of US-based residency and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
  • Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
  • Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
  • Active, unrestricted US medical license
  • Maintain AHA BLS/ACLS certification
