Job Summary
Diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders through complex catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extractions while delivering patient-centered care to Veterans with complex arrhythmias. Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging including cardiac ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, CT, and MRI based on clinical interests. Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as a faculty affiliate of the University of Arizona and participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive cardiac innovation within a tertiary care center. Full-time weekday schedule with structured hours and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- MD/DO degree with completion of US-based residency and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
- Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
- Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- AHA BLS/ACLS certification
