Job Summary
Diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders using state-of-the-art technology, including performing complex catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extractions. Deliver high-impact, patient-centered care to a diverse Veteran population with complex arrhythmias while expanding skills through cardiac imaging interpretation. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as part of a University of Arizona faculty appointment. Partner with multidisciplinary teams for collaborative care and lead quality improvement initiatives in a tertiary care center. Full-time weekday schedule with competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and student loan reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- MD/DO degree with completion of US-based residency and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
- Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
- Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- AHA BLS/ACLS certification
