Job Summary

Deliver high-impact, patient-centered care to a diverse Veteran population with complex arrhythmias by diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders through complex catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extractions. Expand clinical expertise by interpreting cardiac imaging including ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, CT, and MRI while partnering with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care. Lead quality improvement initiatives and teach medical students, residents, and fellows as part of a University of Arizona faculty appointment. Participate in clinical research projects if desired. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • MD/DO degree with completion of US-based residency and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
  • Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
  • Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
  • Active, unrestricted US medical license
  • AHA BLS/ACLS certification
