Job Summary
Diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders using state-of-the-art technology, including performing complex catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extractions. Deliver high-impact, patient-centered care to a diverse Veteran population with complex arrhythmias while expanding skills in cardiac imaging, ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, CT, and MRI interpretation. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as part of a University of Arizona faculty appointment, and partner with multidisciplinary teams for quality improvement initiatives. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm. Salary $360,000-$380,000 plus bonus. Requires MD/DO, electrophysiology fellowship, ABIM certification, and unrestricted US license.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- MD/DO degree
- completion of US-based residency
- Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
- Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
- Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- AHA BLS/ACLS certification
