Job Summary
Conduct history and physicals for new patients and perform routine rounding at assigned skilled nursing facilities. Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and oversee their performance as a mentor. Close quality gaps to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes while championing resident needs. Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader across 1,500+ communities serving 200,000+ seniors. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Active DEA License
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
