Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive care for residents by completing history and physicals, performing routine rounding, and managing complex patient visits with Advanced Practice Providers. Mentor APPs to ensure consistent, coordinated delivery while closing quality gaps to drive measurable improvements in health outcomes. Serve as a clinical leader and patient advocate across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities, representing Curana Health's mission to enhance senior health. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Active DEA License
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
