Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients and conducting routine rounding. Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory and complex patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence. Oversee APP performance as a mentor and resource to elevate care delivery, while closing quality gaps to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes. Serve as a trusted advocate for residents and represent the organization's mission as a clinical leader across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Full-time or part-time schedules available; this role requires travel to assigned facilities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Active DEA License
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
