Job Summary
Conduct critical care for patients with heart failure, managing mechanical circulatory support, VA ECMO, and LVADs. Float Swan-Ganz Catheter placement and oversee post-heart transplant care. Lead academic education for medical students, residents, and fellows while participating in research projects. Join the expanding ICU at the University of Arizona & Banner University Medical Group's Phoenix Campus, located in the newly built Banner University Medical Center. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine by ABA, ABIM, ABS
- Academic experience with the desire to educate medical students, residents and fellows
- desire to participate in research
- Experience managing patients s/p heart transplant
- Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices and VA ECMO
- Background in Anesthesia
Desired Qualifications
