Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Licensed in the state of New Jersey
- Board certified or Board eligible
- Completion of an accredited residency program in family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics
- DEA controlled substances registration
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
- Strong computer skills with prior electronic medical record (EMR) use
- Credentialing and privileging review upon hire and recredentialing as appropriate
