Job Summary
EHMG-concierge physician role providing direct outpatient medical services, 40 hours/week across 46 weeks/year, within an integrated, physician-led medical group; requires Illinois MD license, DEA, and board certification/eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine; includes Epic EMR integration, diverse and inclusive care environment, professional growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits; responsibilities include delivering high-quality primary care, participating in patient-focused care within a Magnet-recognized health system, and contributing to the organization’s mission to improve community health.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Current Illinois medical license
- Active DEA license and Illinois Controlled Substance license
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Proficient with Epic EMR or integrated health system
