Job Summary

Review and interpret compensation reports to communicate performance data clearly to individual physicians and leaders. Serve as the primary liaison between physicians, the data analytics team, and revenue cycle groups to address feedback and ensure data accuracy. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with section chiefs and providers to discuss bonus opportunities and improve documentation practices. Deliver targeted training on RVUs, coding guidelines, and program benchmarks while collaborating with operational leaders to remove productivity barriers. Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a resource for policies, regulatory considerations, and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in physician relations, provider education, healthcare administration, or a role with direct engagement with physicians, or clinical providers
  • Experience working with performance-based compensation models in a medical group, hospital, or health system

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Oracle Health (Cerner)
