Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating, documenting, communicating and analyzing physician and advanced practice provider compensation, productivity, and benefits, including the design and implementation of related plans; performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare and financial data to support program management; summarizes revenues and WRVUs, assists with monthly compensation processes, budget, and market/survey analysis, and supports financial reporting for physicians and executives; requires strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis and accounting concepts to ensure accurate presentation of compensation data across designated markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration)
- Six years of equivalent work experience if no Bachelor’s degree accepted
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
