Job Summary
Develop and strengthen relationships with referring physicians, primary care providers, and community organizations across the assigned geographic territory. Conduct regular office visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, and educational outreach to expand referral networks and drive patient growth. Manage sponsorships, coordinate community events such as health fairs and wellness programs, and capture content including photos and video to support marketing initiatives. Track referral trends, monitor retention and conversion rates, and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts and partnership outcomes. Represent the practice professionally at networking opportunities and collaborate with Operations, Practice Leadership, and the broader Marketing team to execute strategic growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in physician relations, healthcare marketing, provider outreach, business development, community engagement, or a related healthcare relationship management role
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area and attend evening and weekend events

- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience developing relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, or community organizations
- Healthcare sales
- Proven track record in physician relationship building and management
- Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or community engagement initiatives
- Experience within healthcare, orthopedic, or multi-site physician practice environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Marketware or additional relationship management tools
