Provide comprehensive patient medical and surgical care in inpatient and outpatient obstetrics/gynecology, including preventive, diagnostic, medical, and surgical procedures. Build and sustain a patient panel consistent with assigned FTE status while applying critical thinking to assess patient needs, analyze clinical data, and develop treatment plans. Maintain board certification, complete continuing education, and participate in privileging, recertification, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues, attend required meetings, and model safe work practices to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
