Job Summary
Physician in Child Psychiatry provides and manages direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care for patients within the child/adolescent psychiatry scope. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to approved protocols; offers health education to patients and families; performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; documents patient information and coordinates referrals; adheres to safety standards and organizational CARE values; participates in team consultations and maintains appropriate licensure and DEA credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor - Board of Medicine licensed in the state of practice
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- DEA license (US DOJ)
- Ability to work the hours specified
