Job Summary
Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management while ensuring accurate records and billing. Lead clinical staff through mentoring and training, and confirm the center follows State Practice Act, WC Regulations, and the clinical model playbook. Identify indicators for clinical improvement and build a compliant treatment environment. Manage 90% clinical duties with 10% administration, working full-time M-F, 8 to 5, with no weekends or holidays. We provide training in our best-in-class Occupational Medicine Process Management Model, CME allowance, and bonuses for production and center achievement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Department (ED)
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California (CA)
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Medical degree from accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience
- Board Certification / Eligibility
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or PM&R
- Occupational Medicine experience
