Job Summary
The successful candidate will be based in Danville with potential coverage at other Geisinger sites. The role focuses on broad Cardiothoracic surgery with a preference for candidates interested in minimally invasive, robotic, aortic, or mechanical circulatory support. Responsibilities include performing the full breadth of adult Cardiothoracic surgery, collaborating with dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia and ICU teams, and supporting programs such as LVAD, ECMO, TAVR, and Mitra Clip across multiple sites. Requires MD or DO and PA licensure; emphasis on broad CT training and clinical excellence; Geisinger is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
