Physician Cardiothoracic Surgery

Based in Danville, PA, Geisinger seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon with broad CT training to support adult and pediatric CT surgery, vascular surgery, and related cardiology services across Danville, Wilkes-Barre, and Scranton sites. The role encompasses standard and minimally invasive valvular operations and arterial conduits for cardiac revascularization, with active programs in heart failure, adult congenital heart disease, LVAD, ECMO, and a multidisciplinary structural heart program performing TAVR and Mitra Clip. The successful candidate will work across multiple campuses with potential coverage at other sites and should have interest in minimally invasive, robotic approaches, and mechanical circulatory support. Education/Certification required include Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and PA medical licensure.
