Physician Cardiothoracic Surgery

Broad Cardiothoracic training and experience required; role based in Danville with coverage at other sites (Danville, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton) as needed. Focus on Adult Cardiothoracic surgery with standard and minimally invasive valvular operations, arterial conduits for revascularization, and growing programs in mechanical circulatory support (LVAD) and ECMO, including TAVR and Mitra Clip. Interest in robotic, minimally invasive, aortic, or mechanical circulatory support is desired. Position supports collaboration across Heart & Vascular Institute with a highly integrated team and ongoing certification initiatives; licensure in Pennsylvania and completion of an MD/DO degree are required.
