Job Summary
Non-invasive Cardiologist sought to join UVA Community Health in Manassas, VA. The provider will support patient volumes in clinics at three local acute care hospitals, treat a wide variety of cardiac conditions, and participate in on-site diagnostic testing, monitoring, and treatment. The role supports echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and nuclear medicine services, with a call schedule of 1:5. Must be board eligible or board certified, hold Virginia licensure or be eligible to obtain it, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with nursing, physicians, and administration. Locations include UVA Prince William Medical Center, UVA Haymarket Medical Center, and Fauquier Health in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible or board certified in their specialty
- Board eligible candidates still in training must be scheduled for their boards
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
