Job Summary
Non-Invasive Cardiologist sought to join UVA Community Health’s growing team in Northern Virginia. The provider will help manage a broad range of cardiac conditions, participate in on-site diagnostic testing and treatment, and support patient volumes across three local acute care hospitals. The role requires board eligibility or board certification, Virginia licensure or ability to obtain, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with nursing, physicians, and administration. The office supports echocardiography, vascular ultrasound and nuclear medicine; call schedule is 1:5. Locations include UVA Prince William Medical Center, UVA Haymarket Medical Center, and Fauquier Health in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible or board certified in their specialty
- Board eligible candidates still in training must be scheduled for their boards
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
