Job Summary
Bon Secours in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater region of Virginia seeks fellowship-trained Cardiology Electrophysiology MD to join an established group. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive cardiovascular care, testing, diagnosing, and treating abnormal heart rhythms. Must be trained in Watchman devices, ablations, and device implants; experienced staff support is in place. 3–5 years EP cardiology experience required. Practice at Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth, and Bon Secours Cardiology, Norfolk. Full-time with 1:6 weekend call; telemedicine/virtual health options available; EPIC/MyChart used. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Fellowship trained in Cardiology-Electrophysiology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABMS/ABIM
- U.S.-based residency
- Virginia medical licensure or eligibility
- 3 to 5 years EP Cardiology practice experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with Watchman’s, complex ablations and device implants/explants preferred
- EMR: EPIC (MyChart for Telemedicine)
- Relocation assistance available
- Full-time schedule 8am-4:30pm with weekend call rotations
