Physician Cardiologist

Physician Cardiologist providing inpatient and outpatient cardiology services at Martinsburg VA Medical Center. Duties include non-invasive cardiology, comprehensive cardiac services (echocardiography, stress echocardiograms, TEE, diagnostic cardiac catheterizations), interpreting treadmill, nuclear tests, Holter monitor, Zio patch, and EKGs. Responsibilities include education and counseling of Veterans and families, establishing professional working relationships within the medical center, participation in Cardiology and general medical staff activities, on-call duties including weekends and irregular hours, and teaching residency and medical students. Research is not required but may be pursued as feasible. Willingness to engage with academic affiliations pertinent to Cardiology and provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
