Physician: Cardiac Surgeon - Palos Heights, IL

Perform a broad range of adult cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and aortic and structural heart procedures. Partner closely with community cardiologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and APPs to deliver coordinated care while building strong referral relationships within the local community. Participate in program growth, outreach initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and collaborative work with tertiary/quaternary academic teams to support streamlined, efficient care delivery focused on access, outcomes, and patient experience. Cardiothoracic surgeons in this position may also participate in academic programs with the Feinberg School of Medicine, including educational services, training, and research initiatives.
