Job Summary
Referral program for Hematology Oncology Physicians: The Oncology Institute seeks BC/BE Hematology Oncology Physicians to join teams in Southern California and Las Vegas as full-time roles. Referrers can earn a $10,000 referral payment after the referred candidate starts. Eligible referrers must be non-employees, alumni, or partners, 18+, and the referred candidate must be hired full-time and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. The program requires the referrer and candidate to acknowledge the referral, with payments processed after start date. Non-applies: excludes recruiters, agencies, current customers, or anyone affiliated with the hiring process. Locations include Cerritos, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
