Job Summary
Maintains responsibility for delivery of clinical primary care, specialty care, urgent care or occupational medicine services. Provides daily physician management and treatment of patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and referral. Participates in office policy establishment, patient referrals, and compliance with organizational protocols. Responsible for conducting physical exams including DOT and Executive Physicals. May serve as Medical Review Officer for drug screens or Director for on-site laboratory services.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- BCLS required
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
- Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance
