Job Summary
The Physician will be responsible for delivering clinical primary care, specialty care, urgent care, or occupational medicine services. Key functions include managing and treating patients, providing clinical services such as diagnosis, treatment, and referral, and participating in the establishment of office policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with protocols and quality assurance plans, performing physical exams, and maintaining communication with patients and specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number.
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance.
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with Baptist Health’s infectious disease and vaccination policies, including mandatory vaccination policies for influenza and COVID.
