Job Summary
Maintains responsibility for delivery of clinical primary care, specialty care, urgent care, or occupational medicine services. Responsibilities include managing and treating patients, providing clinical services such as diagnosis and treatment, referring patients to specialists, complying with clinic policies, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining communication with patients and pharmacies. The role requires a valid Kentucky medical license, DEA registration, eligibility for professional liability insurance, board certification, and BCLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number.
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty.
- BCLS required.
Additional Requirements
