Job Summary
Maintains responsibility for delivery of clinical primary care, specialty care, urgent care, or occupational medicine services. Provides daily management and treatment of patients at the Clinic/Practice, including diagnosis, treatment, and referral. Participates in establishing office policies and medical protocols. Handles physical exams, including routine and specialized exams. Assists with quality assurance and works with Administration to uphold professional standards. May serve in roles related to drug screening and laboratory services.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the state of Indiana
- Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
- BCLS required
