Job Summary
Rheumatology PA sought to join Summit Health in Bend, OR. The role entails in-basket support, placing orders, and seeing patients in clinic within a busy rheumatology department that includes an on-site biologic infusion suite. The position offers market-leading compensation with a quality bonus program, relocation assistance, a four-day work week, Epic EMR workflow support, and integrated practice resources within a physician-led multispecialty group. The successful candidate will provide rheumatology care in outpatient settings, collaborate with well-respected rheumatologists, and contribute to coordinating care for a large primary care base in Central Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- PA licensure or eligibility
- Prior Rheumatology experience for PA role
- Experience with Rheumatology clinic workflows
- Infusion center experience or familiarity with infusion services
- Epic EMR system experience
- In basket support and order placement for rheumatology practice
- Ability to work in a multispecialty physician-led group
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
