Job Summary
Podiatry-focused Physician Assistant (PA) sought to join Summit Health’s outpatient Podiatry Department in Bend, OR. The role involves preventative care, minor procedures, injections, post-ops, casting, imaging ordering/review, and in-basket management with no hospital rounding. Outpatient evening call rotation is required and a physician-led multispecialty practice provides resources and support, including Epic platform utilization, insurance authorization assistance, and access to on-site imaging, lab, and radiology services. Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant licensure (PA) for Oregon
- Podiatry outpatient practice experience or interest
- Ability to perform minor procedures, injections, casting, and post-operative management
- Experience with imaging ordering/review and EPIC/EHR systems (Epic platform)
- Outpatient-based schedule with evening call rotation
- Ability to work in a physician-led multispecialty group
